From Risk to Resilience: Our New Framework & Display
This resilience-adjusted risk score is the closest approximation to a location’s “ground truth” — and dynamically updates as we pull new location data.
Insurance Premium and CapEx/OpEx Forecasting
With insurance premiums rising due to fires, floods and hurricanes — and energy demand soaring due to heat stress — this tool can be extremely valuable for financial modeling and site selection.
Societal Resilience Data
Our methodology enhances the accuracy of climate risk assessments and recognizes that, while physical risks are a significant component of overall climate risk, the capacity of locations, communities and infrastructure to adapt and remain resilient amidst future volatilities can dramatically alter the risk landscape.
To that end, we’ve added 24 new, complementary datasets across 6 categories to Portfolio Analytics & Location Explorer that aid in measuring a location’s societal resilience: Energy Generation, Social Robustness, Economic Momentum, Infrastructure Quality, Environmental Wellness, Governance Effectiveness.
Alpha Finder
We’ve officially launched Alpha Finder, an automated indexation tool filtering 50+ indicators and proprietary indices across 6 categories (Climate, Resilience, Demographic, Economic, Real Estate, Socioeconomic), allowing clients to identify and rank locations according to investment criteria and mandates and generate real time maps or construct hypothetical portfolios.

Security Updates
AlphaGeo stresses the importance of security when handling our clients’ data. That’s why we deploy are working to deploy over 100 enterprise-level controls with routine audits and testing to ensure its protection. Check out our new Security Page for all things compliance!
Multi-factor Authentication
We’re implementing Azure AD to strengthen our reporting and auditing capabilities when tracking user activities, sign-in events, and access attempts. This information helps identify security risks, detect suspicious activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
